The Vella Group wins the Best Repairer Award at the Insurance CX Awards 2024

At the Insurance CX Awards at the Proud Embankment in London on Wednesday 7th February The Vella Group were honoured to receive the Best Repairer award for the second year in a row. The award is decided by an independent panel of judges from across the insurance industry and is based on offering an exceptional customer experience.
The Insurance CX Awards is an event held annually by the Modern Insurance Magazine team, with 20 awards spanning across different areas of the UK insurance industry.
After first winning the award in 2023, The Vella Group has continued to work towards delivering an industry leading experience for both insurance company clients and insurance policy holders. The award reflects the commitment of The Vella Group team across all 12 sites.
