Karl Vella MBE began his career in the motor trade in 1978 as an apprentice panel beater and in 1986 he decided to go it alone.
The Early Days
Karl opened the first Karl Vella Repair Centre on Cemetery Road, Southport, at the age of 24 and grew this to a multi-million-pound turnover business.
With an appetite for growth, the business developed rapidly.
Our second repair centre in Skelmersdale opened in 1994 – one of the largest repair centres at the time. This award-winning site was followed by many more acquisitions such as a purpose-built facility on Preston Docks.
Expansion and growth
We have since expanded our footprint with high-spec digitally advanced bodyshops in Chester, Deeside, Manchester, and Liverpool. We now have numerous accident repair centres across the UK, each offering an excellent service to our customers.
Under the leadership of Managing Director, Marc Holding, the business has ambitious plans to expand into new areas and to continue to innovate by investing in new technology and gaining manufacturer accreditations.
