These roles are the face of The Vella Group, ensuring the company delivers an outstanding customer experience. They will arrange collection and delivery of customer vehicles and keep customers informed of any date changes relating to their vehicles.

Panel Technicians are skilled in body repair, this may be replacing or repairing damaged panels, whether this requires dents and scratches to be repaired, or replaced by new panel. They work closely in partnership with our Vehicle Damage Assessors and will assist on making the right decisions on the appropriate method of repair.
