 CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BODYSHOP MANAGER:

 

·         Promote the company’s core values and ensure staff follow in the same footsteps.

·         Support the ongoing development of a high performing team.

·         Initiate strategic plan to ensure exceptional customer service is met and maintain the agreed KPI’s whilst ensuring repairs are being completed to the highest quality.

·         Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability.

·         Cooperate with the internal teams on a regular basis.

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

·         You have strong methodology knowledge ideally within the Bodyshop repair industry.

·         Experience with managing a site/Bodyshop and people.

·         Ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.

·         You are willing to go the extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.

·         Ideally you are familiar with BSI requirements.
